- Winnowill awakens Nial from his 5000+ turn slumber, and Azeure is unsettled by the seeming closeness between Winnowill and Nial. A banter of wills begins, setting Azeure against Nial for Winnowill's affections and trust.

- After a year's worth of captivity in wrapstuff in Blue Mountain, Rayek is released by Winnowill... who immediately works her magic upon him.
