Recovered old versions of the Scattered roster, Birch family tree, and Sweetleaf family tree files, and have activated links to them on the See Also page; fixed broken footers on all the subpages and made the footer on the main page match the overall site footer. A telling of the tale of Birch and the Scattering has also been added. Status of Natil as resuming OOC chieftain has been noted on the appropriate pages.

Changed the names of many of the files that live in the Scattered directory so that they no longer begin with “scattered-”, as that was in our opinion redundant. Links have been accordingly changed here, and we request that you update any relevant bookmarks.
